마이크로소프트와 야후간의 인수 협상이 결국 결렬됐다. 지난 3일 MS CEO 스티브 발머가 Yahoo! 제리 양에게 보낸 서신에서 야후에 대한 인수 포기를 공식선언한 것. 인수가격을 총 약 500억달러(주당 33달러)까지 제안했으나 야후는 응하지 않았다. 서신에서 발머가 야후-구글의 광고제휴에 대해 우려/비판한 부분이 재밌다. 과연 내일 미국증시는 어떨까?
